Meadows Park is a 66-bed home, with spacious bedrooms and ensuite wet-room facilities, beautiful communal lounges and dining areas, hair salon with nail bar and a home cinema. A diary of activities will keep our residents busy. As part of our community, residents will be able to continue with their daily routines whilst having the day-to-day needs looked after. Our catering team will provide a delicious menu of home cooked meals.
Meadows Park Care Home combines modern design with comfortable living, and is the first care home in Louth for the Tanglewood Group. Meadows Park is a home away from home for the residents and specialises in 24-hour residential, specialist dementia care, respite and palliative care.
We understand how hard the decision can be to move into a care home, therefore we are on hand to help welcome our new residents and their loved ones into our home. We are able to offer support and guidance in relation to all aspects of care to help make the transition as smooth as possible.
